Currently the Global business environment is illustrated with enormous changes and an amalgation of increasing standards of the world's economies ofcourse after a rigorous wave of sweeping moments. No doubt, this wave has certainly acted as an eye opener for many including intellectuals in a field full of intense competition with a continuing stream of new players and incumbents fighting to protect their territories. Infact we are likely to witness a flurry of new products and services in industry after industry and major social changes all over the world whether is is in Electronics; IT and software; entertainment; telecom; pharmaceutical and banking and financial services , to name a few as examples of industries which have been experiencing such forces.
The point is that the work of managers and organizational leaders in such environments is tremendously challenging but at the same time rewarding also.
